Pink Bourbon is a rare hybrid of Red and Yellow Bourbon. This bourbon varietal is named for the rosy-pink color of the riped coffee cherries the tree produces. Pink Bourbon is challenging to pollinate as farmers need to isolate their crops to encourage successful cross-pollination and continue cultivating the pink coffee cherry.
