What you need
- 1 Kalita Wave Dripper
- 1 Weight Scale
- 22 grams Fairly Course Ground Coffee
- 1 Mug
- 1 Gooseneck Kettle
- 400ml 175°FHot Water

Start by pre-rinsing your paper filter including the Kalita Wave and your mug.
Pour the coffee into the paper filter.
Start your stopwatch. Bloom the coffee just enough to cover it and wait for 30 seconds.
Pour hot water again slowly until you reach 350g of total weight. You can remove the dripper once it reaches 3 minutes or it finishes dripping whichever goes first. Enjoy your coffee!
